Will Tylenol PM cause a false positive on a Urine drug screen?!
Question: I have to get a 10 Panel Drug screen (whatever that means). I take upwards of 30 Tylenol PM's a night. What, if any, positive results will there be? Or am I kool?

More is not better. Dont take that many Tylenol. And if you choose to continue with that i dont think it will affect any. and make sure you dont have alot of poppy seeds :)
30 a night? Thats bad fo you!
I honestly don't know, but taking 30 Tylenol PM's a night is quite harmful on your body! If you're having trouble sleeping, there are much better OTC medications for you to take to help you sleep--but 30 is excessive. I'm not trying to sound too harsh, I just worry that something could go wrong!
Cut back on the Tylenol PM's regardless of the drug screen!
who cares what your pee test comes out like, taking 30 pms a night, you'll be dead in no time...i think all those pills are eating at your brain otherwise your just saying it to make me waste time typing this on here....grow a brain and stop taking so many pills, ever heard of an OVERDOSE>>>>>max should be 3 every once in a while, not everynight. you can take 3 a night but you shouldn't do it 7 days a week....if you take 30 a night, you'll get too use to them and they won't work anyway, for the short time that you'll be alive...
