Question: i will be taller than my dad? at the moment im 14, and my dad is quite a tall man and my mum is quite short. I dont know, i was one of the shortest in my grade but now in the holidays i have grown ALOT, so do you think i'll be taller than my dad?

your height will probably be somewhere in between Mom and Dad...maybe as tall as Dad...you won't quit growing until age 21..so you just have to wait and see...

Your height depends on the height of your parents AND the height of their parents. Here are some tips that will help:
Drink 3 glasses of any kind of milk daily.
Eat a lot of protein. (Meat, fish, poultry, eggs, nuts)
Eat your veggies! (Frozen, steamed, or raw)
Exercise like basketball or swimming are great.
Stand up straight. Good posture can add 2 inches to your height. Good luck, kiddo! :)
