Average heartrate is 75 bpm which will change depending on what you had been doing. If you had been rushing about etc then naturally it will go up. It would also go up if you were anxious or nervous about what it was going to be. 75 is normal so dont worry about it.

This is normalish! Your pulse changes all the time depending on what you are doing. The average pulse is supposedly 70 beats per minute. Depending on your age, your pulse is a little above normal; maybe you need to exercise a little??

Don't confuse blood pressure ( upper one is systolic, lower number is diastolic, when the heart is between beats ) and the number of times your heart contracts per minute ( pulse/heart rate). Your resting heart rate is on the high end of the normal range. It makes sense that the rate changes with exertion or stress: it shows the natural heart regulator is working. (If it doesn't, a pulsemaker sometimes has to be installed ).
