Gyming ... ?? young age ??? still grow ????!


Question: Hi .. i started working out (gyming) like ... when i was in grade 6 ... im in grade 10 now .... i kinda grow a bit slow...

is it cause i started gyming at a young age .. or ... is it just how life is ??

i stoped gyming since this year started ...

Here we go....you said i owe you, but now we're O-ficially even....hahaha.......It depends on how your workout is. if you're working tou in sets, like 2 sets of 10 a day, then your muscles will actually grow slower, thougth that type of workout is reccomended because you don't want to be sore all the time, but if you do all you can do until you can't do anymore, then your muscles will grow faster....now, if you're talking about your ehight and weight growing, like maturing, then i can't help you. And no, it's not because you started so early. Remember: no pain, no gain.......adn why do you want them bigger anyway...you look hella FINE as it is....haha...
