I can understand how one pharmacy would run out of one or more specific medications.
If you're asking how a pharmacy could run out of all medications... that would probably have to do with some natural disaster.

run by complete and utter idiots probably...mine ran out of my antidepressants...so i told them if i commited suicide it would be their faults....i walked away laughing...lol...
