Sounds to me like you have 'Glue ear'
I had it a while back. Its when fluid builds up in your middle ear and cant drain off in the usual manner (through the back of your nose/throat.)You lose a lot of your hearing as the fluid just absorbs the vibrations.
I had this for years until i went to the doc's with it . I had to have gromits put in my ears.
It was brilliant i could hear again.
Go to the doctors.
