When you are going to sleep, do you have to have total dark or can you have some!

Question: and can you sleep with the lights on normally?

Answers: and can you sleep with the lights on normally?

LOL i want to sleep in your arms

The darker it is the better I sleep, unless it is middle of the afternoon and I need a nap, then lights don't bother me because the room is light from sunshine any way.

I usually have the moonlight coming in which i don't mind. I still could sleep with even a night light (which i don't have) but not like a lamp or that bright.

Dark room preferred. Once asleep, lights on does not bother me

I can have some light, but I prefer total darkness, as well as silence. No light. No music.

I like to have some night lights around so I can walk around at night. They don't usually bother me.

i can fall asleep in broad daylight, it just depends how tired you are and how sensitive to light you are i suppose

The outdoor lights shine in through the blinds. I like it so I can see a bit when I get up to use the restroom.
I would not be able to sleep with the lights on.

Studies have shown that melatonin production is highest in a totally dark room. Supressed Melatonin production in nightworkers exposed to light has shown to increase cancer rates.
Women who are trying to conceive should totally block out all light except for full moon. Too much melatonin supresses fertility.
But you dont have to worry about that.
Oh and please grow out your hair soon. Its sexier longer !

total dark normally but now I'm so tiered I can sleep anywhere any time

i sleep with the tv on ,have for years.
