Question: 1) Do you have the habit of defecating once a week?
2) When you defecate, do huge (and hard) feces come? Is it real painful?
If so, have you ever bleed from the results?
3) When your urinate, has it ever appeared in dark colors?
4) When you defecate, do your feces smell real awful, like bacteria?

1. my wonderful grandmother says make sure ur regular meanin once a week is not enough to clean out ur system

Id you eat lots of fibre you shouldn't have a problem with going to the loo. And if urine is a dark colour it's usuall due to dehydration.
I have had many cystitis infections yes, which were painful but I have found when it occurs taking a stomach setler like alka setlzter is brilliant. It has the same medicine as cystisis relief but is far cheaper!

6- once when i had sistitis, it burn when you pee, oh and after giving birth it stings when you pee too so had to be careful.
