Why do I feel like I'm sick in the morning?!

Question: I'm always feeling as if I'm sick every morning I wake up even though I don't have the flu. I always have to blow my nose and my throat hurts a little. Throughout the day it wears off and I feel good. What could it be?

i think it's just normal. during the night you breathe a lot deeper and you don't swallow, so your throat dries out. if your room has dry air, like from a heater, then that would make it more dry. and if you have allergies or you take medicine, you haven't taken it yet so your nose would be runny. it happens to me too.

That happens to me too. Most of the time, it's when the ceiling fan or another fan is on, because of the air circulating the room. I'm not sure why it does it, but I've met many people who have that problem. It doesn't happen all the time for me though.
