I would say make some chamomile hot tea, that should settle your stomach !
just relax for a while if it still doesnt go away consult a doctor, or any relatives that have any medical knowledge
(drink some water as well)
take some promethazine from the doctor.
just wait it out.. it may take a couple days, but wait it out.. and stay hydrated
stay away from food, lay down, take some alceser, it works so well but taste so aweful, and it'll go away in minits, maybie try some ibprophen
heart burn, integestine, upset stomach, diarrhea!!! yeah sing that song and take more pepto.

you might have food poisoning. call your doctor's office and ask what to do. usually not serious, but it can be, like with e.coli!
