Answers: I ate breakfast and got about 6 and a half hours of sleep last night but i feel drained.

Take a good multivitamin, get 7 to 8 hours of quality sleep, eat 3 square meals a day, and try to get at least 20 minutes of exercise daily. I used to eat on the run (often skipping meals here and there), slept 5-6 hours daily, and exercised whenever. After I made these changes, my energy went through the roof.

Hope this helps. Good luck to you!

exercise!

Get some sleep..exersise and drink some coffee.

Go for a 10 minute brisk walk, that should give you a 2-hour energy boost, which can motivate you for the rest of the day.

Stop eating sugar. Do some research on food that will give you energy.

you need REM sleep.
and using energy boosters and coffee and things to compensate will make it worse. if you are having trouble sleeping get more sunlight durring the day, excersise and if still having troubles a little bit of natural melatonin ingested for a few nights helps.

Try a protien filled breakfast and a vitamin, with a full glass of OJ. Then sit down and stretch to increase your blood flow and pulse rate!

I have that problem a lot, I just can't get myself upp.....even if im getting the right amount of sleep and food. Do something out of the ordinary!!!!!! TAke off your clothes and jump in the snow or call up an old friend to get your juices pumping!. It's just natural to get excited over things and everyone needs as much excitement in their life as possible! lethargic shmargic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
