I am sick with a cold.....?!

Question: I have a huge appetite! Ususally when I'm sick I don't want to eat at all but I've been having this HUGE craving for sweets! And i'm giving in....it's ruining my diet!!! What do I do?! And why am I craving sweets?

Have some OJ, some chicken soup, lots of water and rest your way through the cold.

Perhaps your body is needing a little sugar to give it the energy to fight off your cold.
