You might have dust mites. See if cleaning your sheets, dusting and vacuuming more often will solve it.

Keep the sinuses. And the phlegm. They're your body's way of telling you your environment is screwing with your body.

SInuses are not something that can be removed, its not an option. This seems to be the season for irritations, and phlegm. Try using a cool mist humidifier in your room when you sleep, and put some camphore in your pillowcase, it clears you up, smells a bit strong (like menthol) but no bad.

Sinuses are small cavities in your skull. You cannot remove them. When you are allergic to something, the body will react fast by secreting mucus through the mucus lining. The upper respiratory tract including the sinuses will get such secretion in abundance and as it comes in contact with air, it will start getting thickened. It being a good nutrient medium, infection also can come fast. The germs are then fought by the Wacs and when they die, you can see the colored phlegm stagnated n sinuses. Then it gets infected and then it is called sinusitis. An ENT doctor will, in case it is too severe, "Puncture" the stuffed sinuses in order to drain the phlegm. You will then be put on a course of antibiotic. But generally, you can see many people are allergic to to various things like, 'bed mites', 'dust' ,'smell' ,'paint' ,' temperature' , 'pets' , 'pollen' so on and so forth. Identifying the cause of this problem and avoiding it is the best solution. Steam inhalation, both morning and evening , will help you clear the sinuses and that is the best option for you.
