How do you get better faster when you are sick??!

DRINK SO MUCH WATER THAT YOU HAVE TO GO PEE EVERY SECOND!!! just joking. do drink LOTS of water but probably not that much. you get my point. go to the doctor and get a persripiton to. dont eat like to much stuff that is bad for you. like just have some soup and crackers. HOPE YOU GET BETTER SOON!!!!!!!!!

drink LOTS of water... make sure to eat properly... and make sure you take some medicine

sleep alot, and tea, sweat alot with covers...water!

By resting and drinking plenty of fluids.. You dont want a relapse

Get lots of sleep and drink clear liquids. Hot apple cider steeped with cloves is really good for clearing your glands.

I'm assuming you just have a cold of some sort? Other than the obvious get enough rest & etc., drink lots of orange juice. I usually can finish off a half galon in a day, day & a half, and that's nearly all i let myself drink when I'm sick. Hope I helped, feel better!

first of all, you have to drink tons of water. you need to be dehydrated at all times. second of all, always ALWAYS wash your hands. Get lots of rest. Also, of course, take medicine. Lastly, if your nose is stuffy, do not blow it, wipe it.
Do not eat junk !! especially not chocolate!

You don't say what you got going on, and this is very important to know. Any doctor will tell you that you need to rest at home, without becoming a couch potato. On the other hand, I practice yoga and drinking lots of water can help as well. If you have a cold or are suffering from congestion (nose) mix water with salt. Inhale the mix, and spit it out your mouth. Sounds gross, but it will dry out all that nasty accumulated within. Honey lemon tea works wonderfully. Best of all is to stay home and rest while staying hydrated. Juices and sodas have too much sugar and these will most definitely mess you drink of of them than water.

if there is a "smoothie king" in your area (they are mostly in the south) then go there and order a drink called the "immune booster". it helps sooo much. if you can't get to a smoothie king, then buy some stuff called Emergen-C. i think that's what it's called. you can get it at gnc, and maybe at walgreens too. it has 1,000 mg of vitamin c along with a few other things, that help a lot. if you can't find that go to walgreens or a nearby drugstore and just buy 500mg vitamin c pills in a bottle. take 1,000 mg per day for the next 3 days, drink lots of fluids, get lots of sleep, and drink chicken soup and eat toast.

Not sure what you have or wether or not you have a fever...But the best answer is rest....Grab a couple of movies and climb into bed and stay and rest. As I said rest is the best and of course plenty of fluids....I hope you feel better and Good luck
