Ear Lobe Infection SIgns?!

Question: What are the signs of an earlobe infection?
I got my ear pierced a day ago. Or was it 2 days. Anyway, it was red but it doesn't really hurt. So 5 mins ago I took the earring out and pressed the hole. Some white, slightly yellow goo came out. And the hole feels like it's hard inside. So help me out.

Hi,
Clean it with alcohol and put some Campho-Phenique Pain Relieving Antiseptic Liquid, 1.5-Ounce Bottles on it make sure you are wearing an hyper allergic earring without nickel. Keep it clean if it does not do better you may have to let it close so that it will not keloid. Also, check resolved answers for same question.
