If I dream does that mean I've gone through all the stages of sleep?!

Question: Lately I've been sleeping at 11-12PM and waking up at 5 or 6 every night. I've been really curious why. When I wake up I have to go to the bathroom, so I think maybe it is because of this. However, I always remember dreaming when waking up at 5 and 6, therfore I'de like to know if when you dream it means you've gone through all the stages of sleep. Also if anyone knows, how long would it take a 13 year old female to complete one cycle of sleep? Thank you so much.

The deepest stage of sleep is REM (Rapid Eye Movement), which takes about an hour and a half to two hours to attain. During this stage, dreaming occurs at the heaviest rate, so answer your question, if you dream, you most likely are in the REM stage of sleep, and you have gone through all of the stages.

try posting this in dream interpretation. you might get more answers. but i think that dreaming is only one stage of sleep and it is not the final stage of sleep. but i really don't know

sorry =/
