This is one of the hardest parts of the body to work on. The facial exercises can help a whole lot. Lay on your back,on your bed, with your head hanging off. Let your head hang down toward the floor. Now lift it up. Now relax it.Sit straight and open your mouth wide. Make faces with your mouth. Stretching it open and then closed. Make a big "grin" with your mouth and then back to normal.Tilt your chin up, pull your lower lip up even more.Turn your head to the left and then forward again. Now to the right and forward. If you can move your head a from side to side still keeping your head straight up and down. (Like an Egyptian dance.) Any of these exercises that work on the neck muscles or any similar exercises will do it.Each need to be repeated about 15 times or more. Every day. Maybe twice.Use your own judgement. It is slow working but it does work. Dieting doesn't really do much for a double chin. Good Luck.

Are you over weight? If so you might want to lose some weight, you can also do face exersizes, i haven't done them myself but i hear there suppose to tone parts of your face and neck up.

1st cong. aboput ur stomach...as 4 ur chin i think u should seek a plastic surgeon..but u kno in some countries its considered a beauty mark ..if u mean tht u have a dimple in ur chin ....:)
but if u mean u have fat around ur neck thn try 2 lose weight ...

To get rid of your stomach im assuming you ate right and exercised, if that is how you did it just keep eating healthy, stop eating a lot of desserts and candy and chocolate and stuff like that, dont drink soda and sugary drinks. And try running or if you dont like running walk for about an hour a day, it is a good all over fat burner so you should notice your chin and face fat going down from that. So yeah, eat right and walk/run

For faster results, add resistance by placing a tennis ball underneath your chin while testing your jaw-span.

On the BBC web site, Doctor Rob Hicks provides a variation on this exercise. As you open your mouth wide, pull your bottom lip over your bottom teeth and wiggle your jaw up and down. In addition, he suggests using a skin toner and slapping the area under your chin with the back of your hand.

If preventive measures such as a low-fat diet and good overall fitness don't soften the blow of genetics and aging, try wearing your hair in a more flattering fashion or using make-up to mask reality.

Neck exercising would be your best bet.

well, first thought, is how did you get rid of your stomach...excercise, surgery.....
chances are you will need to follow similar proceedure for chin,
there are a bunch of facial excercises you can do, head back, stretch lower jaw up and over top jaw, hold for count of 10, then lower, do this 10-20-times daily
