They do come from somewhere; your butt. You can get them from straining while having a BM, if you've had a case of diarreha, pregnancy, poor diet, hormones when close to your period. All it is is an inflammed vein. Preparation H cooling Gel works great. Hemorroids are NOT cysts. They are veins. Symptoms: itching, burning, razorblade pain with a BM. Maybe some blood on toilet paper with hygene.
