You do need to see a doctor. It could be a simple as yeast infection where over the counter medicine would do the trick but it could be an STD or a bladder infection, these would required perscription medication and treatment from a physician.
Set up an appointment with your doctor right away and if you are sexually active, hold off until you find out what this is.

if you're that worried and the pain is reall bad. go to the ER. that will be your best bet. maybe take a warm bath and see if that helps.

You probably have a yeast infection.... Take some AZO. You can get it WalMart and such stores.. If that doesn't work within 2-3 days,then I would go to a doc..
Also you could get some monistat with your AZO...
well im a guy but you hinted out what hurts you. if you had sex thats prob the reason but if you start seeing bumps, rashes, or spots go to the doc immediately. my mom is a womens doc
dont scratch or anything that can spread whatever this may be. You should go see a doctor as soon as you can. Usually they can prescribe you some kind of cream to help . I hope you feel better soon
