I need to lose 18 lbs in 3 and half weeks?!

Question: Okay...I want to start off with a week detox if possible? Please don't say that's unhealthy in that amount of time, cos it's more unhealthy for me to continue to stuff my arteries with fat! okay? Now please, i bike atleast 1 hour a day, so i exercise 1 hour a day, i do 40 sit-ups a day and 10 press-ups a day and 10 lunges...Now, is this exercise plan good enough? Shall I do anymore to assist weight loss/toning??? I need a diet plan now please!! I need serious answers and no warnings of danger or nonsense answers!! thank u i really apreciate it! cheers!

I understand your point. You are right by wanting to lose weight, but losing it in such a short time could cause problems. You say your clogged arteries are a problem, by losing all that weight so fast you would be creating even worst problems. Work out 1 and a half or two hours a day, drink water, cut the fats, eat fruits. Follow a diet but don't become anorexic or bulimic please. Trust me, take care of your body and you will see results in a reasonable amount of time. And... as you do that your arteries will be less "stuffed."You could put your life at risk by going to the extreme.

More crunches, keep biking, and enroll maybe in a Pilate's or kickboxing class, even aerobics. The are famous for getting people slimmer.

cut a leg off

Are you really that dumb, seriously? If you lose 18 pounds in 3 and a half weeks you will probably be even unhealthier than you were in the first place. I think you better see a dietician or doctor who can tell you the right way to lose weight before you do something that ends up either hospitalizing you or killing yourself.

18 in 4 weeks? It sounds impossible, really.

You might wanna do a lot more if you want to come close to reaching that goal...

No keep your leg two of em do kind of look neat together

Just use them to get the excess off Walk for 1 1/2 hours at a good pace aka clip

Watch what you put between your teeth to eat common sense is the best diet plan

We all know what to and not to eat only a stupid person don't

Cardiovascular activity is a MUST. At least go to the gym and stay there for 4 hours or more. 18 pounds is A LOT to lose. Good luck!

*and yeah, cut a leg if you want to lose 18+ in an instant*

eat in small (healthy) portions every 3 hours. dont eat after 7 pm. exercise more, take a "step class" or any other aerobics class. JuMp RoPe! be active. keep yourself HYDRATED - about 8 glasses of WATER per day. NO JUICE OR TEA. especially coke... maybe one glass during the day, its your call on which meal you want it with. if you starve yourself, YOU WILL GET FAT. if you dont eat every 3 hours, your body is going to start storing the fat, just in case if you decide to starve yourself, you wont die. REMEBER, eat healthy, and be active. If that doesnt work, dont worry!!! theres always LIPOSUCTION (joking)

i really don't think it's possible to lose almost 20 pounds in less than a month. if it is for a special event, the right fit in the clothes you wear can make you look a lot thinner. detox is good for you, but if you do it for an extended period of time you could SERIOUSLY damage yourself. the exercise you have planned is definitely good enough, and don't forget to stay hydrated wile you work out. it's really good that you are concerned with staying healthy, but don't forget to love yourself the way you are and don't go overboard. cuz you are pretty close.

Just realize that if you want to do it the healthy way it will be very difficult to lose the 18 pounds in that time frame. However, 3 1/2 weeks is plenty of time to make a noticeable change in your body (think smaller clothing size vs. losing 18 lbs).

You're doing great with 1 hour of cardio (assuming you bike at a good pace) a day. But you'll probably see more dramatic results if you target different muscle groups each day. Or you could try an overall toning workout every other day, with cardio every other day. Denise Austen has a great DVD- "Shrink Your Female Fat Zones." The title is lame, but the results come quickly. If you want to add in more variety, there are several good options in the "10 minute solutions" line (dance, target toning, belly blaster, etc.). Many of these workouts incorporate weights, which will jump start your fat burning.

Good luck!

That would work out at almost a 1lb a day so you'd have to restrict yourself to about 1000 calories plus do the exercise, but it'll be tough and you'll become tired and irritable.

It might weigh 18lbs if you had a brain in there, but clearly you haven't so cutting your head off won't be of use.
That type of weight loss is not healthy. Plan further ahead or buy a bigger dress.

Try to reduce cooked food as much as possible.

Try:

30% fresh fruits and vegetables

30% salad

30% protein ( fish, eggs, chicken,.. beef if you want )

10% percent nuts and seeds for fat.

Don't eat the protein with butter or oil... duh

Eat only very little salt

Drink loads of water

Also about the exercise: One hour cardio is fine. Additionally you should sprint for ten minutes a day. You don't have to run you can do anything really. The important part is to keep your heart pumping at the max for about 10 minutes. You can do 5 x 2 minute intervalls too.

DON'T DO THIS IF YOU'RE REALLY OUT OF SHAPE AND HAVE A WEAK HEART...duh

Good luck!

Try not to eat alot of junk food. But still eat cause you don't want to starve yourself. Try eating fruit in the morning. And maybe for lunch salad. And dinner you can eat like fish or something. But try when you bike, go up hills and not down cause you get more exercise when you go up. For your situps and stuff, i think you need to do more then 40. In basketball we do WAY more then 40. We probably do like 200 each practice. Some times besides situps its push ups. Also you can try running or walking for some minutes. Lastly try not to sit on your couch and watch TV for the whole day.

If they did it on the biggest loser, then you can do it in the real world. You just have to exercise your but off and eat right.

Good luck to you and shame on all the disbelievers.
