How do I make myself tired?!

Question: I need more sleep and get in bed at ten o'clock. I'm usually up to see the clock strike one! Do I need a psychologist's help- or can I do this on my own... and how?

Possibly take some nyquil or sleeping pills. OR you could stay up late one night and then stay up until morning. Sleep about 2 hours. Then wake up, and work out alot, swim, play golf, do gymnastics, volleyball anything that makes u active, then when you get tired, stay up about 2 more hours, then go to sleep. IDK if it'll work for u, just try it...

try working out hard for 30-60mins after you eat dinner.yes, at first it will boost your energy level but then it will slow down and your body with begin to feel tired.

Exercise, exercise, exercise! and don't have any caffeine after 5 o'clock or take any naps past 3. If these don't help, then yes, go to a dr.

Run (jog) 5k that'll do

Go to sleep really late one night, and wake up really early, get about three less hours than you usually get. Do not take any naps throughout the day, no matter how tired you are. When you get in your bed at ten, you'll be able to sleep.

The same way u'r making the rest of us tired.....sheesh ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzz

Get physical whether it is exercise or just cleaning out the house.

do more to tire yourself out during the day walking swimming or dancing get off the pc at least 2 hours before bed so u can wind down try chamomile tea to help u relax, also do keep ur stress levels down depression and stress usually keeps people awake at night good luck
