could be sinus....you have tubes in your ear..and when you get sinus infections it tends to block them up...my son is going thru this at the moment...your throat could be hurting because your sinus is draining down your throat...try to take a tylenol or motrin..if it helps dont worry about it..if it doesnt help or it comes back go to the dr.

You could have an ear infection. There are tubes in your ear that lead to the back of your throat, called eustachian tubes, that could be draining the infection into your throat. You probably need to go to a doctor just in case your ear is infected. They'll probably give you an antibiotic.
