some of them may not physically use a toliet...some may have whats called a "urinary catheter" inserted. this is simply a device thats inserted up your ureter and goes to your bladder...whenever urine empties in to the bladder it drains down the tube into a bag...
They get a large shovel to prise their butts open...and then they just let nature take its course.
