My eyesight is going, but is there anyway I can help improve it?!

Question: I really want to improve my eyesight, but I dunno fi it's really possible.

I've heard about the "eat alot of carrots" thing before, but does that really work? sigh.

I've also heard of eye exercise, but yeah.

Any help would be great!! ^_^

There are options you can try.... these are things that I have personal experience with.

1) You can try getting contacts. I find them uncomfortable sometimes

2) You can try doing eye exercises to improve your vision. I started doing eye exercises some time ago. I actually saw some improvement, but haven't done them in a while... so I have probably negated any improvement. I created a blog about my progress. You can check it out at http://improvingmyeyesight.com/blog/

3) You can opt to do laser surgery. I don't think I'll be doing this any time soon, because I'm afraid of any risks and/or side effects... and I appreciate my eyesight too much.

Hope this helps....

Have heard of eye training to make them better,,,,,...hold on,,,,,,,,,,,here try this;;;;;;;;;;;http://www.vision-training.com/Introduct...

Wouldn't really rely in them that much though......Just go to the eye doctor and get them cheked out...

Exercise is indeed beneficial in that it helps pump blood to your system which benefits your eyes. Also, the beta kerotine in the carrots helps eyes.

You can't actually improve your vision but you can certainly reduce further deterioration if you eat plenty of carrots, corn, bilberries and blueberries.
