Question: ive read up on it and there are so many rumors people feed into about the drug. yes i know it is better to stay away from drugs when it comes down to it, but why not research a little before preaching? from what ive read lsd does nothing that horrible to you in moderation. where does all of this spine crystallization, brain bleeding, never leaves your body, fucks you up for life bullshit come from? hmmm?

This thread just proves the retardation of America, the person 2 posts above me said it comes from strychnine which off the bat shows they have no clue what they're talking about, if you even knew what LSD stood for, Lysergic acid diethylamide, the name would tell you where it comes from. Lysergic acid comes from ergot, a mold that grows on rye. And as for the person above me who knows that guy who think's they're a cup of orange juice now, it's funny how everyone in every part of the country knows a guy who knows a guy who think they're a cup of orange juice. Ever start to wonder though where all these guys that know a guy are? Not to mention the fact anyone who has ever done LSD will tell you even in the worst case scnerios of what happens to thew few people who do way too many psychedelics and just can't handle it, no one winds up thinking they're a cup of orange juice, it's just retarded.
people on yahoo answers don't preach science, they preach dogma and beliefs, if you want answers look it up on wikipedia or go to www.erowid.org , it's a site that tell you all you could ever possibly need to know about drugs, the good and the bad, and where people write up their experiences.

Well look at it like this LSD is made from strictnine(spelled wrong I'm sure)which is in essence rat poison, this cuts off oxygen flow to the brain and thus causes the "trip". I'm a former hardcore drug user and yes I studied up on my drugs. But you do whatever and I wish you luck, you're gonna need it!
man lsd CAN do terrible things to you, im nothing but an advocate for lsd and i love it ...but i got put in a mental institution in west palm beach a year or two ago, and theres this guy in there that took like 10 hits o' acid his first time and now he thinks hes a glass of oarange juice for the rest of his lif, hes been there for years and is never gonna be healed.
lsd DOES change your perception and i dont really mean philisophically, after you take ls it fuckswith your eyes, you noticve things alot more, and everything has a geometric shape and value and pattern at least thats how it is for me. and yes lsd does have a half life in your spinal fluid but they can check for it until after your dead becasue the way they do it is that they do something called a spinal tap which is bassically inserting a needle in your back and taking some fluid and they used to do that wwen entering law enforcement...but they dont anymore....so your pretty good t go. but yes man, most **** about it is propaganda...but there are alot of negative side effects to lsd along with almost any drug
