Honestly, do you think of today or do you treat your body like there's no to!

Question: And of course, please explain.

I'm tough as hell on my body with lifting weights, pushing my body to the max energy wise, lifting with my back and not my knees, drinking, eating, and experimental drugs. I think that this will catch up with me, but as a 22 year old, I'm not ready to change quite yet.

Man, good question. I try to keep it pretty equal. I eat what i want, but i try not to eat in excess, and i make sure i get exercise. I go to school, because i am more likely to get a job in the future, but i am not in a hurry to start a carreer. I don't think what you do is too terrible. Exercising and taking it to the max isn't that bad as long as you are lifting correctly. Experimental drugs aren't likely to kill you unless you get addicted and they mess you up, or you drive under the influence. Your 22, live life. The worst thing you do is lifting with your back and not your legs. You won't be able to do anything if you get back problems.

I honestly disagree with the Statement " live everyday as if it was your last" but only disagree with it because their are alot of crazy people out their and It depends on what it is.

i do both sometimes depending on the situation.. if there is McDonald then there is no tommorow...hehe
