Question: I just bought a 24 pack of monster energy drinks from costco. It works better than coffee at my stressful job. I am in my mid-20s and I hardly get exercise. My doctor said I am healthy though.

I have drank a combination of Monster and Full throttle every day for three years straight and i am fine.
Just be careful they are very addicting !!!

On your STRESSFUL job you should avoid coffee and any energy drinks. better take something that is going to calm you down, like kava kava tea.
