How long do you have to wear glasses before they start making your vision worse?!

Question: An infinite amount of time. This is a myth (see link).

Answers: An infinite amount of time. This is a myth (see link).

I don't know. I ate mine.

Wearing glasses does not make your vision worse, if you have bad eyes than your vision will get worse no matter what, It may be slow or it may be quick, but it's going to happen. That is why you have to go to the eye doctor every couple of years so that your lenses can be updated to what your current vision is.

I don't think they DO make your vision worse, not if they're the right prescription (or very close.)

There's a possibility that not wearing glasses when you SHOULD could make your vision a little worse (eye-strain, from squinting.)

Your vision gets worse naturally all on it's own, some people's eyes just get worse faster than others.

I have been wearing glasses for 50 years without any a great change in my vision.

Well, I've been wearing mine for 9 years and they haven't done a damn thing to worsen OR HELP my vision.

I'd say for like a couple of hours. People with perfect vision are vulnerable and exposed.

I don't like glasses.
