How can I find out birth weight and height for someone born in the 50's?!

Question: I would like to find out this information for my mother, but she has no records and my grandma has recenlty passed away. Any idea how I would go about finding out this information?

go to the states vital records and they should have a copy of her birth cert if she has one. If not, I have no idea.
