Help me with my cold/flu?!
Question: im not sure what it is but it sucks. i want to get rid of the symptons so i can relax. i have stuffy nose, dry/sore throat, massive headache, gross cough, all over body aches, etc.
what is a good over the counter medicine that can help with these symptoms....?

That sounds like the Flu! Try some Robittusin and if that doesn't work try some Theru-Flu. Of course you do need plenty of fluids such as orange juice and even water. Make sure that you get an adequate amount of rest if at all possible so that you may allow your body the time to recuperate.
To me all those over the counter meds are pretty much the same and do the same thing so anyone you try will be fine-i usually just stick with ny/dayquill.
Get a lot of sleep,keep hydrated by drinking lots of water and juice, and my remedy for a sore throat is gargling(sp?) salt and some warm water mixed together- it is gross but its the only thing that soothes my throat when its sore!!!!
