OMG, my swim team season's over. i don't know what i'm gonna do now !

Question: i'm a swimmer;
but the season's over. and i didn't make any qualifications for anything.

I'm worreid about my weight. I DO know i don't eat enough to maintain my body weight as i'm STILL getting thinner. But if i stop swimming, i'm afraid that i'll gain weight

I'll be dropping from 2hrs of exersize 4x a week to 90min of exersize twice a week.

I'm thirteen, and yes, i do have eating problems. I'm only confertable eating right now because i burn it off. I'm scared for my life. because i do know if i keep up like this, i'll get really sick.

PLEASE help me

and don't say eat a burger, i hate thoes..yuck

Well, you know you could swim at a public pool on your own time! I don't like it very much because there's to many people and they all get in your way, but usually in the lanes it's pretty clear! If you go there you could maybe replicate your old swim training sessions!
But that could cost money depending on the pool, and since you don't like running there's still other ways to exercise!
Doing large amounts of repetitions with light weights will burn calories so you should still be able to eat fine, just make sure it's somewhat similar to your swim meets, which might be a bit!
Also if you do less repetition's with slightly heavier weights this will help to tone your body! (although not really build much muscle!)
Maybe you could find a balance with this, since that wouldn't be as demanding as a swim meet, but would still burn a lotta calories, that way you wouldn't necessarily wouldn't have to be thinner than you want!
Good luck! I hope it works out for ya'!
(I hate burgers to, I've tried 2 in my life and both times I threw up! Really!)

Is there a pool in your area you can continue to swim in on your own? If not, hunt for another activity to take up that time ... maybe something like jogging, that doesn't require any special equipment.

Substitute exercise. Swim season is over, try running- It'll help your legs for next swim season, maintain your stamina, and burn off the calories you intake.
