It could be the "virus" that is going around.
You really need to keep liquids in you body to keep going...also protein.
I know it is hard to eat when you don't feel like it. But, try some soup, jello, or pudding, something soft at first. That would not hurt your throat so much.

You have to that fever down with Tylenol or IB. Just getting the fever down will make you feel some better too.

Sounds like you have the flu. You need to stay in bed for 24hours and drink lots of fluids like juice, water, tea. Prop yourself up on several pillows to help your breathing. Take tylenol every four hours for the pain and fever. If you feel hungry have clear soup and crackers, or jello to ease your stomach back into food.

If you don't feel better in 48 hrs contact your MD.
REST.

Take the day off and sleep. Put a hot rice pad on your chest to loosen the congestion and give your lungs some air.
Take a hot steamy bath and while you are in it drink warm water.
Get some sleep. And if you don't feel even a bit better, contact a doctor.

Go to the doctor, thats what they are for.
You might have the flu, usually an achy body is a sign of that.
Or you might have some sort of respiratory infection.
If you really don't want to go to the doctor, just drink a lot of juice and rest. Most things [infections, etc] won't get better without medicine so if you have these symptoms for too much longer you definitely need some help.

sounds like you may have flu. Drink pleanty of fluids and sleep, sleep, sleep. Pay attention to what medicines you take. You don't want to mix meds. And always wash your hands.
