Kegel exercises are easy to do and can be done anytime, anywhere. The exercises help to strengthen your vaginal muscles... this is good for two reasons... 1. it decreases your chances of not getting, or can help with, urinary stress incontinence. 2. the vaginal muscles are stronger and easier to control leading to more control during and therefore better sex.
To do these just tighten the muscles that you use to stop yourself from peeing. It may help to actually try to stop the flow of urine while you are on the toilet so you can get the feel of what muscles are working. Once you get it down you should try to do them at least a half hour a day, and hold each contraction for a few seconds.. the longer you can hold the contraction the better. It is completely unnoticeable to anyone that you are doing them, so get a couple in while waiting in line at the store, or every time you are at a red light.
