What can pick me up without putting my heart down?!


Question: I am an extremely active individual. I am a full time college student, I work 21 hours a week, and I play IM sports. I am awake at 6 every morning, and don't go to bed till past midnight on most nights. I was wondering what type of anything can give me a boost to keep me going. Caffiene is great, but it is bad for my heart. Does anybody know of anything that can keep me going without the side affects of high blood pressure, and addiction?

Have you already been diagnosed with a heart problem or are you relying on some information you picked up somewhere saying caffeine is so evil. At your age I doubt that a cup or two of coffee is going to hurt you.

yes the thing you should do is take a run in the morning fresh and then get on with you life activities. the run is to boost your heart and pump it up or maybe if you like dancing well dances you life away if you know what i mean
