Suppository problems... can't find the opening and then it keeps coming out.!
Question: problem: I have to take them almost every day against pain and the first problem is, I can't find the "opening" and when I finally find it, the suppository comes back out. How would you cope with these two problems? Please help...

Try to relax. Lie down on your side on your bed. make sure that your back passage is clean, rub on a little ky jelly or vasaline as this will help with the insertion. BUT before all that take a mirror and have a look at your bits and get famillar with your 'exit' area. If all else fails go and see your g.p. and try another method of pain reduction.

not very easy is it.first of all ;what causes the pain ?;is it piles?if so ;try cream instead .anecaine.or variation of same;you shoud;nt have trouble with suppository;s ,try a bit of cotton wool after the suppository thats what i did it helped.
