Well, a lot of people have been debating (for a lot of years) as to whether or not drinking things with high sugar content will give you zits or not. As an acne-prone teen, this is my experience...

You eat monkeypoop food, it'll show. You eat well, it'll also show.

I cut pop out of my diet entirely a few years ago (and I'll tell you, I used to be the soda QUEEN!) and started drinking water and fruit juice instead. I've also tried to limit the amount of candy/sweets I eat and just generally TRY to eat a little more healthy. And I've seen a huge difference!

After a few months of not drinking pop my skin had less frequent breakouts and overall I really just felt healthier. Don't get me wrong, once in a blue moon I'll have a sip or two of my friend's soda (or I'll *shock* have a gingerale of my own!), but it's only once and a while, and when I do have it I make sure I moderate it!

Even today, my skin's a whole lot clearer than it once was, but if I have too much candy/soda/other sweets, I pay for it!

So if I were you, I'd try to cut down or all-together cut it out of your beverage habits! I used water but even your favourite juice is going to be better for you! Pick something you like and try to reach for that more instead :)

Hope that helps you out!

Nah, it just gives you diabetes and slowly kills you.

pura answered correctly

however, "bumps might come out" if you just pour soda all over your face. i think what you're referring to is known as "acne" .. you can find more information on that at wikipedia.

yes it can. 2 things you could be having a reaction to the caffeine, or the sodium bicarbonate.
Also sugar can cause pimples

no
