take the nyquil, and chase it with a glass of orange juice or a piece of gum to help with the flavor, then go into the bathroom, shut the door and turn on the hot water in the shower, and let it steam up. the steam will help open you up. also, at night before bed if you have any vapo rub, take some and rub it on your chest. it will help keep you open while you sleep as well.

Go take a real hot show as hot as you can stand and the steam will help to open up things!
