Cold hands and feet?!

Question: how can i keep my hands and feet warm? its really annoying. I also constantly change my socks cause they get damp and cold. Thanks

Sound like poor blood circulation and rubbish footwear. The bodies extremeties, ie hands, feet, ears ,nose need blood pumping to them, so have a word with your doc very quickly, lol.
