I was cleared for anorexia last night....I have some questions....Please help me!

Question: can someone help me be excited. When I found this out I immediately felt fat and felt like I needed to loose weight. Am I always going to have to deal with this? Someone found out about my anorexia and was judging me. Am I always going to be judged?
