I am always tired?!

Question: as school gets more difficult i grow tired every day
but some of my friends who do the same amount of work/even more can stay awake in class tirelessly, but im always sleeping or tired
how can i fix this?
i know in college i'd get mre work, so i do i make myself less-tired?
would regular excersizing and strengthening my haert, although in short term it would make me even more tired, make me grow less tired in long term?
what are the methods in getting less tired, besides more sleep/rest?

Vitamin B complex is a must but also add more protein to your diet. More fish, chicken, tuna, peanut butter and nuts (walnuts, pecans, peanuts, doesn't really matter what kind, snack on them every chance you get) Fresh fruits will give you a burst of energy because of the natural sugar in them. Although exercise will help some there is no need to worry about strengthing your heart, that is not why you are tired. You are just not putting the right kind of fuel in your body. Have you tried energy bars or a candy bar for a quick pick me up. The sugar will give you a burst of energy if you are just exhausted. Lay off the caffeine, it can keep you awake but it can zap your energy cause it is a diuretic. Eat food rich in potassium also. If your body is low on potassium you will get exhausted fast. Bananas, OJ, and potatoes are all high in potassium. You could get the pills but the food is better cause you are also getting the fuel your body needs. It will take a week or so to get built up unless you double up on the amounts. Good Luck.

vitamin B complex

you can always take naps from 10-30 min
do not take a nap in bed
take a nap at a table or couch
remember back in the day when you were going to high school or middle school
you would take a nap on the school desk
and wake up all perked up

all your mind needs is a rest
you can also try meditation
sleep is not for the body to rest
mainly its for the brain to rest

people can die of lack of sleep than lack of food
your brains the one who needs the rest
not your body

Start taking vitamins, for an immediate burst you can always try a RED BULL. There is an exercise I use at work, when I start to get tired, I pinch the webbed area between my thumb and my forefinger on my right hand. It sounds crazy but it wakes me up instantly try it. For the long term though, the exercise thing will work and try eating more fruits and veggies(raw veggies)GOOD LUCK

Hey there!
Food is fuel, so its important your eating right, and I mean right! e.g fast foods fill you full of fat not neccessarily the nutrition that your body needs.
Eneregy promotes energy, so yes exercising will help. And yes exercising A Lot will make you more tired, so just do a litttle more that your doing now e.g If your fairly sedentary, just go take a few brisk walks for at least 20-30mins during the day and it will work wonders! Gets the blood moving!
