Keep up the garlic as it is both an antibacterial agent and an antimicrobial agent and is very good for people with sinus problems. It will boost your immune system.

Taking 1 or 2 gm of vitamin C every day will also boost your immune system.

drink lots of water.

uhhh...chill out possibly?
you can eat healthy and still get sick.
no one wants to get sick, have you gotten your flu shot yet?
if you havent, go get it.
germs are everywhere and food doesn't prevent them from
getting onto you. you're bound to get sick..

Keep eating dark green vegetables but wash very well. Dark red, blue and purple fruits; citrus fruits.

For a good immune system: Betacarotene 10,000 IUs; Vit. B6 100mg; Vit. C 3000 mg; Vit. D3-1500mg; Vit E 400IUs 2X/day; Selenium 200mcg; Zinc 50 mg. Antioxidants: Grapeseed extract 95%-150 mg; CoQ10 100mg 2X/day;
Omega 3 Fish oils 1000mg; alpha-lipoic acid, green tea extract.

If you start to get sick take Airborne or Zicam....or echineacea; golden seal root(not more than 5 days in row); astragalus.

Wash your hands a lot, drink a lot of fluids.
