What are my symptoms leading up to?!
Question: I keep hearing a high squealing sound in my ear
when im on the bus and look outside the window its kind of blurry
sometimes my eyes feel really weird (cant explain)

Well Sounds Like Minor Hearing Loss. I Experience Alot Of Paitents With This. Go To Your Doctor And She Or He Will Admit You To Audiology For Tests Etc.. For The Blurry Vision Could Be From Stress. See Your Doc ASAP.

Well, it could be the onset of hearing loss for part of it. The eyes could be anything from a bad night's rest to cataracts or a brain tumor.
