Quick ways to relive stress when at work.?!

Strangle someone - or, close your eyes, take a deep breath, and visualize strangling someone, or any other relaxing scene.

Take a quick break and try out some deep breathing & yoga poses in an empty office, or in the bathroom so no-one will make fun of you.

Get some aromatherapy oils that you can take a quick whiff of when you are feeling stressed.

While sitting at your desk, close your eyes and take deep breaths. Concentrate on relaxing each muscle group, starting from your scalp and forehead and working your way down to your toes.

Give up caffeine!
