Scabby nose?!
Question: Sorry, this is gonna sound awful but I've had a scab in my nose for a couple of weeks now. Everytime I blow it there's blood on the tissue and it keeps reforming and gets sore.
Could it be some kind of vitamin deficiency? My diet is very poor.

A lot of nasty bugs live in the nose [mrsa, c dif], so its best to see a doctor. A poor diet will lower your immunity to these bugs.
You might have an infection, best to see the doctor
i dunno what it is, but i had that problem recently... it could be a change in temperature where you live... im not sure.. but i put vaseline or carmax on it and its gone.. good luck
Could be impetigo - highly contagious, get to the pharmacist or preferably your doctor, particularly if you come into contact with children.

Its sounds like coldsore you can get them on your lip or face or in your nose and they really are sore. Coldsores are a virus that lyes dormant in your body until your immune system is low for example I always get them after having a cold, the doctor doesnt generally give you anything as I have tried before, maybe take some vitimins just to give yourself a boost.
Continual nose picking means the scabs never heal, eventually they become permanent leaking sores. As you get older you might have serious problems with nose bleeds.
