Question: I heard certain vit e is fake. According to the bottom of the label on bottle of vit e if it has alpha after a number its real or something? Anyone know what I am talking about?

Natural vitamin E is d alpha tocopherol and this is the best vitamin E to take. It has much greater benefits than synthetic vitamin E.

The common and cheaper synthetic vitamin E is dl alpha tocopherol which is a mixture of something like 10% d alpha tocopherol and 90% l alpha tocopherol.
