I have never heard of that. I do know that people who are dehydrated have skin that looks unhealthy.
i heard of liver spots, that old people get, from too much sun.
I have never heard of a Liver Splash. Liver spot, yes, but splash no.
Some people do get liver spots as they age, but I don't know if merely drinking more water helps prevent them....but it can't likely hurt.
