PlEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?!


Question: how do i relieve stress? i mean stress has already caused harm to my body.. bc now i cant eat anything with out getting really bad pains.. been to doctor sed nothing to worry about but how can i stop worrying???im 19 and juss feel like sumthing might b wrong been 2 different dcotors sed the same,but y do i feel like this please someone help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You need to figure out WHAT is causing you the stress - then take steps to eliminate it from your life. Stress does do long-term harm to your body so at 19 you've got time to rectify this. What do you worry about???? Write down all the things that cause you distress. What can you do about them? Some things you can change, some you can't or don't have control over, and you yourself can change. Work on what you have control over first.

Exercise, meditation, relaxation, all help with coping with stress. But you really have to try to eliminate it from your life or change the things you can change that make you stressed.

Get a book on stress reduction techniques. IF you don't do these things now, you will see signs of harm like ulcers, etc.

Good luck. Talk to somebody (a friend) about what is causing you stress. They may lend some insight or cause you to look deeper.

dont stressing and you should exercise or just take things one thing at a time

There are a lot of stress relievers you can do, if you sit in your chair and put your hands behind the chair and connect your hands together and then close your eyes and breath in and out for a few minutes, that will help cause you will be able to breath deeper which helps relax you. also if you get your self comfortable and close your eyes and lightly tap on the little pockets below your eyes that is know to help as well.
