My ears (inside) itch all the time.what can or should i do?!
Question: i clean them with q-tips.
i tried paroxide but it didnt help.
its really more inside where your fingers cant reach it.
what can i do about it?

Try not to push q-tips in there, that just makes things worse. I know it seems like such a good idea to get in there and have a scratch but all it does is compact any wax and make your ears more painful.
Instead drip a few drops of olive oil and leave your head on the side for a few minutes. Then turn your head to the other side and drain it. Repeat on the other ear. People have been using this for a long time and it's a remedy that actually works.
It must be a mild infection. See your doc.
could be allergies or sinuses. Have you spoken to your doctor?

Get an ear amputation. I've been ear-free for years and i never feel an itch.
talk to your doc...it could be an ear infection, some kind of organism, allergies, psoriasis??? no way for sure to know unless you get a check by a doc worth a darn
Sounds like you may have eczema in your ears, i went just yesterday to the doc's about strangely enough..Drives you crazy trying to scratch away the itch..

Visualize yourself scratching from the inside, I'd give myself nice nails.
Try an alergy cream on a Q-tip.
You must see your doctor. This sounds like an ear infection. A doctor will give you a prescription for a antibiotic if needed. They will also check to make sure you have not damaged your ear drum.
I'm guessing you've got a load of wax and other schmutz in there.
I know it's against conventional wisdom, but I do stick the q-tips in as far as I can, every day; when I don't, my ears start to itch. I mean, I never understood that; it's not the wax on the OUTSIDE of anyone's ears that make them itch!
(I have been told by every medical person who's ever looked that I have the cleanest ears they have ever seen :-)
You could go ask a pharmacist if they can recommend any over-the-counter stuff. I was also once told that putting a hydrocortisone cream inside would maybe relieve itching.
