Question: On tv, they have a commercial about a pad that you put on the bottom of your foot... it's supposed to remove crap from your body..... has anyone used these and do they work?

It's total crap, dude. The girl above me that professed amazing foot bath results is the same person that "felt" something when she was given sugar pills or the same person that got drunk when her friends played a joke and gaver her non-alcoholic beer.

It's just wood tar in a pouch that turns brown/black after it comes in contact with your sweat. The FDA is currently investigating this garbage for fraud.

I have not used the ones seen on TV, but a health spa I go to has foot baths that work similar to these pads. You let your feet soak and the water turns nasty colors due to the toxins in your body. After about six sessions, the water becomes clearer. I even got a little light-headed due to all of the waste being removed so quickly; its amazing what can come out of the pores in your feet. It's mainly heavy metals, i believe, that comes out but you truly feel lighter and better after a session.
