Tylenol for cold symptoms

vicks vapor rub, nyquil, or dayquil, or the same old blowing your nose

I put VICKS vapour rub under my nose.

spices, coffe or tea

a scalpal.

Try Halls cough drops. blow your nose. ha!

Smell some ammonia.

herbal tea or breathing in steam from boiled water it works for me XP

Kleenex

Vix vapor rub does amazing on a stuffy nose just rub a little bit below your nose go to bed and the next morning you will be able to breath again

Sudafed or Benadryl for allergies.

You might want to give those "ZIACAM" products a try. The have swabs and nasal inhalers that really clear up a clogged nose. I'm one of those yucky people who constantly need to blow their nose or is battling some sort of congestion and I keep these things on hand. I usually shove a few of the swabs in my purse when I go somewhere in case I get a stuffy nose somewhere.

vix, and don't blow your nose, just dab it as it runs, because when you blow you are irritating the blood vessels which make it run more.

Stop drinking milk and eating dairy products. It causes excess mucus. Also, stay away from things with "ose" in the ingredients. Sucrose, glucose...these are forms of sugar, soda, candy, (dairy products contain a lot of these). Once the runny and stuffed nose goes away, you can probably go back on dairy and "ose" type products. Good luck

heat does use a vaoprizer or maybe green tea to make u feel better stuff like that
